I suddenly started having this problem. When I click on a link in an email,
or a picture that is in the email, I get the following message: "This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." Please help. I had not had this
problem prior to today and do not recall changing any settings either in
Outlook or Internet Explorer.

Try re-assigning Internet Explorer as your default browser in Windows and/or
reset it back to default.
