I just did my first real back up...put my OE settings & e-mails in a folder
etc. When I try to open these files,I get a message "windows needs to know
what program created it". The File names are IMJPST.DI & Active
Directory.IAF. My concern is,if I ever do need to import these items because
of a crash or.....how do I open them?
I am using XP Home Edition.
BTW,I have learned so much from these news groups...you're all great! Thanx!

Hi,

What did you use to backup the mail? The .iaf file is imported into the
mail/news settings, basically a reverse of how you created it. I'm not
familiar with a .di file.
