Accessing Camera in HP IPAQ h6315

I need to find a way to access the camera of HP IPAQ h6315 so I can capture
and use the images taken inside our application.

Is there any Camera API available for this camera or anything else?

Can any one guide me to the right direction?

a litte OT but movie related... Here is the plan... stash an ipaq in your pockey and put one of the HP video/ still SD cameras in your hat with a cable going to the ipaq... as you gaze the camera follows, it is hands free as well!
