I tried out some options like keyboard manager and
narrator, and somehow messed up my keyboard use. I was
not able to use my keyboard at all. All keys were somehow
pointed to shortcut keys. E.g. if i pressed L, i got
logged off.

Do we have any setting to disable this accessibility.

(The last thing that i did was i deleted the
accessibility folder).

Try this, boot the system to Safe Mode, then use System Restore to take you
back to a time prior to when this began. Boot the system, start tapping F8,
when the menu appears, select Safe Mode and press enter. Usually, when you
enter Safe Mode you are offered the opportunity to go to System Restore. If
for some reason this doesn't happen, go to Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
