Anyone know how I can remove them or configure them so
that I can press the shift kid repeatedly and not keep
bring up the Accessibilities "sticky keys" options
window? I like to use the shift key as a "fire" key in
some games. Trivial, but thanks if you know the answer!

Control Panel (classic view)> Accessibility Options> Keyboard> Sticky Keys.

After removing the check from the box for Sticky Keys, click the Settings
button. Remove the check from "Use keyboard shortcut."

Kevin,
It's not so trivial! I have 6 elementary schools using a
typing tutorial. It instructs they children to press the
shift key repeatedly. Then, BAM I have 32 kids that have
the same problem.

I dont have the answer, but I REALLY REALLY need to know
how to stop this too.

If anyone knows, please share it.

Open Control Panel, open Accessibility Options, on the Keyboard tab, remove
the check from Use StickyKeys, click apply and ok.
