Accessibility Options sound

I use ToggleKeys in Accessibility Options to play a tone when I press the Cap
Lock key.

However, the tone is sent to the motherboard's PC Speaker rather than the
default wave device (sound card). It is so quiet that I have trouble hearing
it when playing music.

Is there a way to divert Accessibility Options sound to the wave device?

Mark
