With Win XP Home Edition drilling from Programs to Accessories to
Accessibility I find in a gray box
" EMPTY" .
Is this normal? What should be in this empty box and how can I recover the
contents that apparently should be there? Thanks John R

That's normal if you don't have the Accessories installed. Check your
Add/Remove Programs control panel under Windows components.
