Accessed DB from two computer

I had performed ULS to my db and completed.
I want that that db can be accessed from two
computer ( on a shared folder )
What should I do next ?.Is it OK if the DB is
accessed by two user at the same time? Is there
a way to unsecure the DB by unexpected user?
