I have a database which stores informations on commitments my organization
will support. I have a letter template set up in the format we use, but you
have to go through each time and find the record manually. I want to use a
button to open the template ant point to the record currently being viewed in
the database so it can be edited and printed. Is this possible? I don't
really want to have to search for each record every time.

We also have to manually direct word to the access database for each
template, on each computer you use (view "Open Datasource"). Is there a way
to set up the template so that it automatically opens the correct datasource
(access in this case) without having to be set up individually per user?
