I have XP Home Edition and I have recently installed a
Linksys 4 port router model BEFSR41 connected to a COM 21
Cox High Speed Internet Modem and 2 ASOKA Ethernet Bridge
Model PL9610-ETH to set up a Home Networking between my
2 Vajo PC computers.
I have on my desktop the icon My network places.
When I click this Icon i get this error message:
ACCESS VIOLATION ERROR MESSAGE WHEN YOU RIGHTCLICK MP3
FILES - (MICROSOFT KNOWLEDGE DATABASE ARTICLE 311828
gives me a fix Download Q309565.exe.now - but this does
not solve the problem and also I can not open this file
after is downloaded and I double click on it )

Can you please help? Thanks

Have you tried installing updates at www.windowsupdate.com ?
