access violation code

Hi i wasnt sure were to post this but when i sit down at
a yahoo game table, and open up a gaming program for
yahoo pool, i get an error message. it says:

Acess violation @ 0x00401b19 (tried to read from
oxooooooic

What could be causing this and how do i fix it?
