I have tried adding the Access Utility addin several times. I can find it in
the "Add New" pop-up and even add it. but after I close the screen the addin
dissapears. I can't make it stick?

Are you talking about Utility.MDA? It is a built-in add-in. You don't need
to add it in.

Why are you trying to add it?
