Hi guys,

I've been surfing for a solution to this for a couple of weeks and can't
seem to find anything that works.

I'm running IE6 on a XP Pro system and for some reason it just won't let me
access www.ticketek.com.au or www.steelbeasts.com

I'm also running Norton's Internet Security.

I've tried deleting Temp Internet files and cookies, playing with every
setting I can think of within IE6 and NIS (turning on and off a whole range
of spam, and security settings) scanned for spyware with adaware and spybot
.... anyone got any ideas?

Your help is very definatley appreciated

a very frustrated Logues

Hi Logues,

Although I can access both sites without any problems(WinXP pro) their dns
reports have errors. I am not sure if these are relavent, but it may be
prudent to inform the sites directly of your problems.

These are the links for the dns reports for both sites. Both have critical
errors that the respective webmasters may be interested in

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsre...icketek.com.au

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsre...teelbeasts.com

There is also a redirect at the ticketek site so there may be some IE
settings that are preventing this.

Regards.

Search your computer for a hidden file called HOSTS. Rename to HOSTS.OLD.
Test.

It certainly wouldn't hurt.

If it doesn't work, run a tracert to the site and post the results here so I
can see what's happening.
