Access template issue

There is a template download [Issues] for Access 2003 on the microsoft
template site. It can be saved either as a form or a data access page. The
issue is that after clicking file then save, it dissapears and cannot be
found by searching files. I've downloaded a number of templates and have
never encountered this. Don't know if there is a flaw with the file or how I
have handled it. Hoping someone can attempt a download /save/ launch to
confirm that there is an issue.
