How To Access Sites Published by FP?

After having my security on my notebook computer compromised by some
hackers,

(1) I bought a temporary desktop machine and installed Win2003 server

(2) published the two IIS sites from the notebook to the new temporary
Win2003 machine using the Front Page Publish command on the Notebook. It
appeared to work. (Perhaps this was a mistake? Perhaps I should have been
using the desktop 2003 to publish from the notebook to the desktop).

Now I am on the new temporary Win2003 desktop machine trying to use Front
Page 2003 to edit the newly created sites. Front Page tells me I don't have
access to those directories and I should see the system administrator.

When using FP 2003 on the new machine, I specified
http://localhost/SIGNITEK_PUBLIC and used FPSE to access the site.

How do I grant myself access?

Thanks,

Siegfried
