Hi there,

I have the following problem. I have a notebook (W2K) which is configured
for a domain. When using the notebook at home I logon to the domain
(ofcourse there is no domain controller available) but I want to use the
same user settings etc. Now on my home network (just a workgroup) is a pc
with a sharing. Now I want to transfer data from the notebook to the pc via
the network neighbourhood but when accessing the pc in the workgroup I get
the error message "There are currently no logon servers available to service
the logon request." When I log in to the local computer (notebook) the
sharing can be accessed. Is there a solution for this problem so I can use
the domain user and access the sharing in a workgroup even when no domain
controller is available?

Thanks,
Dennis
