Access shares from NT Service

Hi,

I am trying to access network shares from a NT Service. The LogonID set
in the control panel for this service does NOT have access to the share.
However I have available a UserID and Password in the service that has
access. What set of API's can I use to give the credentials while accessing
the share or files in the share?

Thanks.
