Previously, my system worked normally. Today, I uninstalled the "File and
Printer Sharing for Microsoft Network" by mistake, and click the "close"
button in the right corner of connection property dialogbox immediately, but
the dialogbox is hangup, so what can I do is rebooting the PC.
But thereafter, I never can access the share folder of the other PC,
even if I uninstall & re-install the ""File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft
Network". It always report the "\\10.74.52.11 The network path was not
found." or some word like "\\10.74.52.11 The network can not reached".
I capture the packet from the network interface, and found that when I
access the share folder, the windows will connect to the 80 port of the
target host. this is just like the HTTP manner.

If someone could help me, I'm very appreciate for you.

After re-install the ""File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Network", have
you re-enable sharing on the shared folders? please post back with the
result.

Sure, the sharing folder is on another host, everyone expect me could access
it in our LAN. If I enter "\\10.74.52.11" in the "Run" window, windows will
send "TCP-syn" to the 80 port of the host '10.74.52.11', of course, this is
unreachable.

It's a pity, your solution is useless. How can I entirely re-install the file
and printer sharing function? It's no effective with the normal approach.

I tried this: I shared some local folder first, and execute the cmd.exe

The Workstation service has not been started.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2138.

What does it stand for?
