I have created a db and while reviewing the security options, I inadvertantly
removed the privileges from Admin user, how can I get them back.

The owner also has permissions unless you've removed those as well.
Hopefully you added another user with admin privileges. If so, you do not
need to use the Admin user account. If not, you have a serious problem, and
will need to find a database cracking company to give you a hand.

That's a good thing. The Admin user shouldn't have any permissions.
Did you create a separate username and make them a member of the Admins
Group? That's a critical step (one of many) in implementing security.

If you didn't create a new user, then I assume the Admin user is the
owner of all objects, and therefore as owner, has full rights to
everything, despite the permissions you set.

More info is needed.
