Access - security file was deleted - how can I access my database.

I was having problems with the security I set up. I deleted the security
file thinking it would let me start over. Now the program cannot find it and
I can't open my database or even start a new one.

So, what sort of security were you thinking that would be?

Check your Recycle Bin.
