Hi Folks,

I am using MS Office 2003 with Windows XP HE. I have a data base of
authors and their novels. I created a report showing Author, Title and
Plot. After creating the report I adjusted the columns in the report
to make them wider, to accommodate the lengthy information. The plot
column is a memo field. When I adjusted the width of the fields, the
underline bar on the page header did not extend to the width of the
information. I cannot find any solution in MS Help or Knowledge base.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

Later,
Malcolm

Have you tried setting the "CanGrow" property of the textbox to Yes???

The "underline bar" is a line object that can be moved and resized just like a
TextBox. That is not something that happens automatically just because you made
something else wider. Temporarily increase the height of the header section and
you will see it there.

Thanks Rick, that did the trick. I appreciate the help.

Thanks
