on some old email i get the message OE has removed access
to this unsafe attachment. has it been deleted or
quarrantined. cant it be fixed. how can i get details of
what happened

A setting in OE was changed via an update from Microsoft.

Tools Options Security .. UNcheck . Do not allow attachments .....
