Access Remote to windows application

Sorry for ny english.

I am trying to run a windows application in two computers
( both are in the same local intranet ), I configure .NET
Framework Configuration in each computer in runtime
security policy, defined fulltrust in local intranet in
each computer, but my application don't run when I access
in remote only run where the application is local.
My application has a .dll incorporated, I think that is
can be the problem, but really I need help !!!!
