Access to Registry from Windows service when computer reboot.

Hello !!!

I'm write service that change value in the registry key.

Service work under LocalSystem account and have all right to chage this
key.

When I'm start or stop this service from admin panel, all working , but
when I'm restart computer
my service does'n work - they cannot access to registry key....

May be my service start before this functionality become avilable ...

May be I' must setup from which services depend my new service ?

Please , help.
