Access to refresh/update open form at other workstation

I have 3 different forms on 3 different workstations. one for data entry, one for inserting additional information and one for customer presentation.
Need to update/refresh customer presentation form any time when i made any changes at other two forms.
Tried to setup ODBC interval from Options menu - doesnt work.
