Where is the hard drive? If it's a network drive then you can, but it's
not supported by MS so you need to make a backup BEFORE you try, and at
VERY frequent intervals afterwards, as pst files on a network drive are
very prone to corruption.
In Outlook (whether the file is local or not) just go to
File-open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where the file is, with the
proviso of the above....
