Will a data base designed in Access 2003 run on Office(access 97) without any
limitations?

Roger,

No. Access 97 will not be able to open this file in its present form.
It would be possible to use this menu in Access 2003:
Tools|Database Utilities|Convert Database|To Access 97
However, if the application uses any functionality specific to Access
2003, then this may need to be adjusted before trouble-free operation in
Access 97.
