How to access the PR_COMMENT field of an email using the Outlook Object Model?

Can I access the PR_COMMENT field of an email using the Outlook Object Model
(Using Visual C++)? I don't want to use Redemption, because I've used
extended MAPI already in my VC++ project, and there's no need in purchasing
that "just for" this reason. If I can't use the Outlook Object Model, how
can I access PR_COMMENT from CDO? Thanks!
