Access in Partition refused by using another user

when i login, i can use the partition, and i have not
locked it; when another user login, he can see the
partition, but he can not access these partition. i have
also tried to use im-, ex-port my zertifikat to solve this
problem, but it doesn't work. I am now crazying !!!!
