How to access network resources found on Windows 3.x

Hi!

I'm facing one network problem. I have one PC still running Windows 3.x system and I need to use this Windows 3.x system to share some network resources to other PC. In case of the PC system with Windows 9x still can found the Windows 3.x network resources on network neighborhood. However if PC system with Windows 2k and XP can not found the Windows 3.x network resources on network places. So, I would like to know any method to let PC with Windows 2k and XP to access network resources found on Windows 3.x
