I have all of my emails in Outlook and I have Comcast as my provider. How do
I access my emails offsite?

If you have configured Outlook to download and delete your messages from the
server, then no, unless you subscribe to a service like GoToMyPC or use an
application like VNC or pcAnywhere. These latter two apps will require
configuration of your firewall and/or router to allow access into your home
network.
