Since it's most likely that your Outlook data is on the crashed PC, it may
not be possible. If you can remove the hard drive from the crashed PC and
install it in the second PC, you may be able to access it, provided Outlook
is also installed on the second PC, but you don't include enough detail
about your situation to state for sure.
