Im using access 2003 and a have code to delete all menus and toolbars
and have made my own.
The problem is when another user who after puts it on their desktop
wants to use access for somthing different (a new db) there is no
file, view, ect....
Should it have an impact on new db and or backup versions?

You should not be using code to disable menus and toolbars. There is a
startup property for that and it only affects your file instead of Access
generally.
