Is it possible to access the list of files in a directory
using FP extensions, and return the list in a web page?

I am trying to make certain files available (.jpg files) for people to
access them via my website.

No. You can have you host allow directory browsing, and you would just link to the directory

If you can use ASP, take a look at the FileScriptingObject.
