Can access 2003 create an index (html/asp) page with
hyperlinks to seperate html pages for each record in a
database...without having to get into the programming
aspects of access? For example, a menu list of employment
jobs (as the index page) with hyperlinks to information
on each job (each job being a seperate record in the
database). Static html files would be fine.

What you describe could be created, with some VBA code. There isn't a
builtin Access function that will do it.
