Access Hyperlink Phots not being displayed by Photo Manager

I have a database with Hyperlink fields to display photos connected with the
data being inputed, But evertime I click on the links the Photo Manager comes
up with

"Other folders Exist
The Selected Locations does not contain pictures to preview.
Other Folders or Files exist but cannot be preview"

What is going on, since I know the folder has photos.
Please help.
