How do I make an endless line of characters start with pre-determined ones?
e.g. In a hyperlink I need it to start with http://www. followed by any
charcters.....
Use of validation rules prefered.

Using an input mask for the text box, like this:
"http://www."aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
will provide. The number of lowercase a equals the number of optional
typing characters that follow the http://www. text string.
