Access Form contains TxtBox with Hyperlink from source Table

As noted my form includes a Textbox that displays the name (Display Name) of
a field in my source Table that contains a Hyperlink. Following the links
from the Table works fine. However, the Form is an issue. When you click
the display name in the Textbox on the Form the first record follows the link
but, all subsequent records display the full path/filename and no longer
function as a hyperlink.

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?
