I created a database in access 2000 and moved it to a machine that has 2007
installed. I have linked tables and when I try to open them up it just
crashes. It says Microsoft Office Access has stopped working. A problem
caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program
and notify you if a solution is available.

I have went to trusted settings. Created a trusted location and dumpled the
db there and still the same problem. I have also enabled Macros even though
there are no macros.

My co-worker also has this problem. It also says the database is readonly
since it was put over there.

If the database has a linked front and back end, after you move it, you need
to change the links.

Don't forget that you need to have read write rights on the specific
directory...
