Hey - I developed a little application in Access with Visual basic.. I was
wondering if their is a access engine I could ship with the app that would
allow the user to use it with out buying a full blown application of Access?

Thanks
Brent

Yes it is called the 'Runtime'.
To distribute this legally you need to be licenced to do so. You can get
this licence by purchasing the Visual Tools for Microsoft Office but
unfortunately these are quite hard to get hold of for versions older than the
current one. You may be able to get a licence directly from Microsoft...
