Oliver,
Are you logged on as an administrator? Are you looking for "Documents and Settings" from explorer? Did you try going C:\Users\<UserProfile> to look for the PST? "Documents and Settings" is no longer a real folder. Look in the Users

True, but you can still access it from the command line...
