Access: Display date with 0's. IE: 05/07/2007 not like 5/7/2007

I need advice on displaying the date in a 05/07/2007 format and not like
5/7/2007, in both Forms and Tables.

's Computer Specifications

Set the format property to mm/dd/yyyy
