Most of the time, this will be a DNS issue. Verify that you can resolve
the domain name from the clients. Check your DNS log in event viewer.
Make sure you don't have an off-site DNS server configured on the
clients. Run dns diagnostics. Let us know if you find anything. Also
look for RPC errors.
