Access denied

's Computer Specifications

I get this website everytime I start up my pc - I have tried running
Microsoft AntiSpyware and Trend Micro to remove it and it keeps popping back
up.

Any suggestions?

Boot into Safe Mode and run Microsoft Anti-Spyware there.

's Computer Specifications

When you are in safe mode, on the Scan Page choose Scan Options > Full
System Scan (check all boxes below) > click "Run Scan Now".
