Access Denied source file in use

I am trying to copy folders from one drive to another. I have disabled
the share and then try to copy the folder. Some of the files are
copied but i get an error message saying Access Denied: Source file is
in use.

I checked on the server and the files are not open. I check in the
shared folders/open files and the open files are not listed.

Can anyone help me out.
