Access denied on shared Document folder

A user cannot get into a shared Documents folder that was created on windows
xp. Can you help

You need to log in as a local administrator for this one. Right click on
the folder and select sharing and security

If security is a big problem then you need to add the user to the list of
people with full access (easy if on a domain) if it is a peer to peer network
you need to setup the person as a user on the machine the shared documents
folder is on - keeping the passwords the same.

Failing the need for securty, you could just put "everyone" in the list of
people with full access, this will allow anybody on your network to access
the folder.
