Access Denied (Policy_Denied) message when try to access the inter

Hi,

Just today every time I try to access the internet I get the following
message:

Access Denied (policy_denied)
Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL.
For assistance, contact your network support team.

This has never happended in the past. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition
and have Internet Explorer 7. Hopefully someone out there can help me with
this issue. Thanks in advance for your replies.
