access denied when opening mapped drive

the user has a mapped drive, say, H:, mapped to \\server\share. The user can
browse to \\server\share from windows explorer, so the permission is set ok.
However, when the user open "My Computer" then double-click H: drive, the
user gets "H: access denied" error.
What's wrong and how to fix it?
