I trying to load outlook pst files from old machine to new. Am not being
allowed to upload the .pst file. How can I regain access rights?

without more specifics, I can only guess that the pst is marked read only
because you moved it on a CD. Locate the pst and right click on it, choose
properties and remove the read only flag.

If that is not the problem, we need more specifics.
