What version of XP is on her computer ??
If Home and using NTFS then Guest needs to have
a grant to change the files/folder.
If not Home, but Pro in simple sharing then the same
is true (simple is set at base of view tab in folder options)
If Pro not using simple sharing then there must be a grant
to the account her machine has recognized you to be.
In addition to all of the above, the share must grant change
